Blackmagic ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K
The ATEM 1 M/E Constellation 4K live production switcher enhances its predecessor by introducing UHD 4K capabilities and 12G-SDI ports. Engineered for robust live event UHD 4K switching, it boasts 10 individual 12G-SDI inputs that support 12G/3G/HD-SDI signals, routing them to six 12G-SDI outputs or a USB-C webcam output. Additionally, the switcher features a multiview output with up to 16 configurable windows, displaying inputs, keyed video, graphics, stills from the media pool, and the program output. Each input is linked to a built-in Fairlight audio mixer that supports up to 28 audio channels.
The switcher includes a reference video input, with each input equipped with a frame synchronizer, frame rate converter, and format converter. This enables seamless integration of various cameras, formats, non-genlock cameras, and computer video inputs. It supports both upstream and downstream keyers and effects, all performed live and in real time without the need for rendering. You can control the switcher through the integrated front panel, optional Blackmagic ATEM panels, or the downloadable control software.
